The National Museum of Korea

Our professor in Tourism Case Study gave us an assignment. In couples we have to visit the National Museum of Korea (the sixth largest museum in the world), take pictures, get some information and create a simplebooklet. This assignment I will be doing with Mira from Singapore. From Hoegi Station stopped at Inchon Station where the museum is located. We will be writing about the services the museum offers, guided tours and their products. Not to forget, the photos are also an important part of the assignment.
Let me introduce you to the National Museum of Korea. The museum is huge I know!

On the outside there is a beautiful park. You will be able to see the Reflecting Pond Geoulmot and the Cheongjajeong Pavillion.

Mira got herself a map about the museum and now we are ready to explore!

Our lovely professor required a picture of us inside the museum. Dear professor, here is the picture! He probably needs a proof that we actually went there.

A very simple and beautiful museum in my opinion. I am not a museum person at all and this museum is definitely the right place for someone who has passion for history, asian art, sculptures and calligraphies. I have to admit, that I enjoyed this museum and I saw a lot of beautiful things. If you visit a country, especially for a longer time, I think that you need to visit a few museums. In my case the first visit was the National Museum of Korea and let´s see, maybe I will visit a few more museums!
